2025 Australian Pontiac Nationals

The events Entrants Guide is here 🙂

It’s all systems go for the 2025 Australian Pontiac Nationals being held at Redcliffe in Queensland, a short distance outside the capital city of Brisbane. A key reason for holding the Nationals in this location is the size of the local Pontiac population. South East Queensland has the largest concentration of Pontiacs anywhere in Australia with over 600 registered within a 100km radius of Redcliffe. As a result we’ve built an event capable of featuring at least 200 of them, which will make it the largest ever gathering of the marque outside of the USA. Can you afford to miss this?

The Nationals are being staged over the Anzac Day long weekend in April 2025, commencing on the afternoon of Friday the 25th. Both of our feature events are open to the general public including non-entered Pontiacs. The first of these is at historic Lakeside Park on Saturday April 26, in conjunction with the venue’s 2025 All American theme day. Pontiacs are the top billing for this event. On the morning of Sunday April 27, Pelican Park at Clontarf will be the site of our waterfront car show, our second feature event.

As at the closing of Nationals entries on February 28 we have the first 100 Pontiacs secured, which will be supplemented in the feature events by other Pontiacs from South-East Queensland, from which we already have significant interest.

The focus is now on the promotion of these public feature events to the wider Pontiac population, as well as to the sister marques Oakland and GMC. You don’t have to be a member of the host club or its sister interstate chapters to be involved. Just over 15% of our Nationals entrants weren’t in that category.

Entry to our Pelican Park event on Sunday April 27 is free with a display time of 10am to 12 noon. Free entry covers both spectators as well as display vehicles, limited to the Pontiac, Oakland and GMC marques. Lakeside Park costs for Saturday April 26 are in line with their other theme days, with a base entry cost of $10 per person at the gate. All American cars are welcome to participate in the track cruise sessions costing $20. For more details see : https://lakesidepark.com.au/events/all-american-day

It’s not long now! See you at Redcliffe soon!
